Dosage

Take two tablespoonfuls (30g) of the powder and boil in 240ml of water for five minutes and leave it overnight.

Sieve and drink tea first thing in the morning.

Note: Advisable to take it on your free daytime as the patient may experience signs of

pooping and vomiting in the process of detoxification.

No workout and dieting required

Precaution
