Edible fungus is the name but is popularly known as mushrooms.
There are different kinds and types, but I want us to talk more about the edible ones.
The edible ones are mostly white colors, aside from the sumptuous
kind of food it is used to prepare, it has so many health benefits we may or may not know.

It also contains copper which helps in producing the red blood cells, the copper
