In our efforts to strengthen and build capacity for GAMH, we continue to collaborate and form partnerships for mutual benefits.

Ghana Association of Medical Herbalists (GAMH) decided to strategically partner with Health Community of West Africa Association (HCOWA) which brings together healthcare professionals, institutions, and companies all dedicated to enhancing medical practices and improving patients outcomes.

This partnership was sealed with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between both parties on Friday, the 4th of April 2025. This historical even took place at a seminar organized by HCOWA at their headquarters in La under the theme: “Bridging Tradition and Technology: AI-Driven Innovations in African and Chinese Medicine”.
Both parties recognize the importance of collaboration in advancing herbal medicine, research, and healthcare delivery.

Furthermore, we agreed to have this MoU with 6 strategic aims, namely promote collaboration between Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ghanaian Herbal Medicine, engage in academic exchange, have access to cutting-edge intelligent clinical assistance, infrastructure support, advocacy and last but not the least, create networking opportunities.

GAMH is excited to have this collaboration and looks forward to having more fruitful advancement in herbalism and wholistic healthcare with HCOWA.
