DIY: Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Take 1 cup each of frozen/fresh mango, apple, pineapple and banana into a blender.

Blend with a cup of coconut water or clean drinking water(if one doesn’t like coconut).

Serve your smoothie and enjoy.

Store the remaining juice in the fridge.
