Preparation
Mix a preferable quantity of powder with water till you find no lump. Add mixture to boiled water on fire. Stir for 5minute till you attain your preferred thickness. Serve with sugar and milk(optional).

Nauclea consists of the dried transversely sliced and chopped roots of Nauclea latifolia.
