Afro Moses capsules contains Penianthus zenkeri and Capparis erythrocarpus both African tropical plant whose roots and leaves are used in traditional medicine for many purposes, especially for erectile dysfunction. Xylopia consists of dried matured fruits of Xylopia aethiopica. An evergreen, aromatic tree growing up to 15m high; bark slightly ridged.
