Afro Moses capsules contains Penianthus zenkeri and Capparis erythrocarpus both African tropical plant whose roots and leaves are used in traditional medicine for many purposes, especially for erectile dysfunction. Phyllanthus consists of the fresh or dried leafy tops of Phylanthus niruri.
